To access shopping profiles, click Settings on the home dashboard.
Select the Shopping Profiles tab.
To create a new shopping profile, click the blue + New Profile button.
Enter a name and profile description for the new shopping profile.
For each category, click the dropdown menu to select suppliers to add to this category. Then, when our AI categorizes an item into this category, it will prioritize suppliers you selected into this category.
For each category you can also set specific suppliers that you never want included in your replacement results. Click the dropdown menu under Suppressions and select a supplier.
When you’re finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Profile.
To edit, clone, or delete a shopping profile, select the respective buttons on the shopping profiles menu.
