How to review the AI’s estimate, as well as filtering, starring, viewing photos, adding notes, and tracking ‘viewed’ progress.

1. To review a claim, start by navigating into the claim by clicking the file number on the home dashboard.

   

2. The inventory you uploaded will be on the left hand side. To search for an item, begin typing into the search box above your inventory list.

   

3. To filter your item list, select the Filter button. Note: Filters such as brand and room will only appear when the claim has items with different brands and rooms.

1. The item you are currently viewing is the first item. You will see the selected replacement item, as well as other available options. To select a different replacement item, simply click a different replacement item.

1. To view the product link for a replacement item, select the three dots menu below the supplier name.

   

2. Select Goto Product Page. The product page will open in a new tab.
