Create an estimate in Adjust Square and have the AI process your claim.

  1. From the home dashboard, select the Create Claim button.

  1. If you do not already have your inventory ready in the Adjust Square import template, download the **import template file here.**

  2. Open the import template file and fill out the claim details in the Assignment Details tab.

  3. Select the Inventory tab.

  4. Copy and paste your inventory descriptions into the Item Description column.

  5. Copy and paste quantity information for the inventory into the Qty column.

  6. Optional: Add in any additional item details, such as brand, SKU, age (years and months), and condition.

  7. Save the inventory file and navigate to Adjust Square’s create claim wizard.

  8. Select a depreciation schedule for your claim.

  1. Select a shopping profile to help the AI prioritize suppliers when choosing replacement items. Click here for instructions on creating, editing, or deleting shopping profiles.
